My Flex Health already had a website, but it was outdated, poorly designed, and weak as a funnel. The information architecture didn’t guide visitors to the right services, the visuals felt off-brand, and the experience made it hard for users to understand the breadth of home-care, physio, and aged-care options—let alone book an appointment.
This fragile online presence limited discoverability for key searches around home care and physiotherapy in Kuala Lumpur and across Malaysia. It also created friction for prospective clients who needed a clear, trustworthy path from learning about services to taking action, ultimately diluting brand credibility and suppressing enquiries.
We migrated the site to a modern, mobile-first design and re-built the experience around their core pillars—Home Care, Physiotherapy, Aged Care, and Vocational Training. Using their existing logo as the anchor, we aligned colors, typography, and imagery to produce a clean, professional look that feels consistent across pages and markets. We restructured content for clarity, added service detail pages with clear CTAs, and implemented streamlined booking and enquiry flows so users can request care or a call-back in just a few taps.
On the visibility side, we applied on-page SEO best practices tailored to intent-led queries such as “home care Bukit Jalil,” “home physiotherapy KL,” and “aged care services Malaysia,” while ensuring location and service signals are clear to search engines. The net effect is a stronger digital footprint, improved engagement signals (time on page, depth of visit), and a cohesive brand experience that meets users where they are—on mobile—while guiding them confidently from discovery to booking.
