Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the business relationship between Lamanify Web Services and its clients. Please read them carefully before requesting or purchasing our services.

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to any and all services provided by Lamanify Web Services ("Lamanify," "us," "we," or "our") to the client ("you" or "your"). By requesting or purchasing Lamanify's services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

Lamanify offers web design, development, and marketing services, including but not limited to: website design, website development, search engine optimization, social media marketing, email marketing, and content creation. The specific services purchased by you will be outlined in a separate agreement.

3. Project Scope

Before we begin work, we will provide you with a proposal outlining the project scope, timeline, and cost estimate. If you request any changes to the project scope, we will work with you to revise the proposal accordingly and get your approval on any changes to the cost or timeline.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide us with all necessary information, assets, access, and approvals needed for us to complete the project in a timely manner. Any delays on your end may result in additional fees or delayed delivery. You also agree to review our work and provide feedback in a timely manner.

5. Payment Terms

We require a 50% deposit before starting work. The remaining 50% plus any additional fees are due upon project completion or at intervals for large projects. All invoices are due within 30 days. Late payments will incur a 5% per month interest charge.

6. Ownership and Usage Rights

Lamanify maintains ownership of all design work, including source files, until you pay your invoice in full. Upon full payment, you will own the deliverables outlined in the project scope. You may then use these deliverables however you wish within the scope of our agreement.

7. Confidentiality

We will not share or use any confidential information from you without permission, unless required by law. You agree not to share any of our proprietary processes and work product without permission.

8. Warranties and Liability

We make no warranties about our services and disclaim any liability for damages, losses, or failures on our part or our third-party providers. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us under this agreement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice, as long as all outstanding invoices are paid. If you terminate early, you must pay for all expenses and work completed to date.

10. Disputes

We hope to resolve any disputes amicably. Any legal disputes will be handled in the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia under Malaysian law.

11. Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with our services and terminate this agreement early, you may be eligible for a refund of any unused fees, except for domain registration and web hosting costs, which are non-refundable. Any refunds will be at Lamanify's sole discretion. You must request a refund within 14 days of terminating services

12. Modifications

We may modify these terms as needed. Changes become effective when posted on our website or sent to you. By continuing to use our services, you agree to the most recent terms.

13. Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement between Lamanify and the Client.
