The real problem
Skin patients rarely walk in cold. They search first, often late at night, with awkward Malay and English phrases about jerawat, gatal, and penyakit kulit. If the clinic only ranks for its brand name, those searches go to forums, marketplaces, or competitors.
What we built
A content cluster that answers shy questions in the patientβs words, then routes serious intent to location and service pages:
- Malay jerawat and skin-condition guides (positioned for non-brand queries)
- Supporting pages that match how people actually type symptoms
- Location pages for direct visit intent

Audience mix: 96.6% Malaysia, 84.7% mobile, 64.5% non-brand share of clicks.
Non-brand proof (not brand-only growth)
Leading non-brand queries in the window included penyakit kulit, cara hilangkan jerawat, and related jerawat phrases, mostly average position 2 to 5. That is demand the brand name alone does not capture.
Honest framing
This is not a from-zero fairy tale. An older www property had higher monthly peaks in 2025. The public story stays inside the domain-property window above, keeps monthly dips, and leads with non-brand education demand rather than brand vanity.
Takeaway for clinic owners
Answer the questions patients are too shy to ask out loud. Then prove it with Search Console clicks and non-brand movers, not screenshots of impressions alone.
