PJ Polyclinic struggled to communicate their premium capabilities—specifically their diagnostic hardware and specialized wound care expertise—to digital visitors. Prospective patients searching for specific needs like 'X-Ray PJ' or 'Emergency Wound Care' were landing on a site that didn't immediately differentiate them from standard GPs.

Additionally, for a 24/7 provider, speed is critical; the previous digital journey lacked the immediacy required to capture urgent, late-night inquiries, leading to lost patient volume.

By visually highlighting their advanced facilities—specifically X-Ray Imaging and 4D Ultrasound—in the hero section, we validated their 'Premium Healthcare' claim immediately, building trust for higher-value services.
