Managing a multi-location network presents a unique digital challenge: avoiding the perception of being a faceless 'chain' while showcasing the capabilities of a large organization. With an extensive service menu—ranging from 5D baby scans and circumcisions to weight loss injections—visitors to the old site often faced 'analysis paralysis,' unsure if the clinic could handle their specific needs. Furthermore, while the clinic serves a high-volume walk-in community, they were missing opportunities to capture digital traffic and convert them into confirmed appointments, often losing patients who couldn't find the right branch or booking method quickly.

  • Service-First Navigation: To tackle service overload, we restructured the information architecture into clear, benefit-driven categories. By highlighting key differentiators like Ultrasound Scans (5D/Detail), Women’s Health, and Minor Surgery, we allow patients to self-identify their needs instantly, reducing bounce rates.
  • Hyper-Local SEO & Branch Routing: We implemented a location-aware structure that ensures each of the four branches ranks for local searches (e.g., 'Klinik Hi-Tech' or 'Doctor Kulim'). The site acts as a central hub that intelligently routes patients to their nearest branch, complete with integrated Waze/Google Maps and branch-specific contact details.
  • Conversion-Centric Booking Flow: Recognizing the local preference for direct communication, we integrated a seamless WhatsApp booking engine. Whether a patient is booking a scheduled antenatal scan or needs urgent care, the 'Book Appointment' feature connects them directly to the clinic's front desk, bridging the gap between digital discovery and physical consultation.
