Service Update: Google Ads Management Retirement

Dear Valued Clients & Partners,

As part of Lamanify’s continued commitment to delivering the highest-quality outcomes for healthcare providers, we are writing to inform you of an important update to our service portfolio.

Effective 31 March 2026, Lamanify will no longer offer Google Ads management as a standalone or core service.

This decision reflects our strategic direction as a Healthcare Technology Provider. Our mission has always been to help clinics grow through technology and infrastructure - not through traditional agency services. After careful evaluation, we believe our clients are best served when we focus our resources on what we do best: building digital systems that generate patients predictably and sustainably.

What This Means For You

If you are a current Google Ads client:

  • Your current Google Ads campaigns will continue running up to 31 March 2026 unless otherwise agreed.
  • Our team will be in touch to discuss the transition and ensure a smooth handover.
  • If you decide to continue running Google Ads after 31 March 2026, you may do so without Lamanify’s management.
  • We are happy to assist with transferring your Google Ads account access to another provider of your choice, or directly back to your team.
  • Any outstanding balances or prepaid ad credits will be handled transparently and communicated individually.

If you are an existing client on other Lamanify services:

  • There is no change to your clinical website, online booking system, or WhatsApp assistant. These services continue as normal.
  • Your core infrastructure remains fully operational and supported.

Why We Made This Decision

Lamanify was founded to solve a specific problem: helping clinics attract more patients through technology. Over time, we have refined our focus to three core products that deliver the most consistent, scalable results for our clients:

  1. Clinical Website - Your clinic’s professional online presence, built for trust and conversions.
  2. Online Booking System - 24/7 self-service appointment scheduling for your patients.
  3. Smart WhatsApp Assistant - Instant patient engagement, lead qualification, and booking guidance.

These products form the foundation of a reliable patient acquisition system. Google Ads, while effective as a traffic amplifier, falls outside our core competency as a technology provider. We believe our clients deserve a dedicated ads specialist if they choose to pursue paid advertising - and we are happy to recommend trusted partners.
