Kirana had no online storefront or unified brand narrative before coming to us. Despite having product prototypes and even a TikTok presence, they lacked a professional platform to convey their brand story or support product launch. Without a cohesive website, Kirana’s audience couldn’t fully experience the benefits of their clove toothpaste, nor could the team manage orders effectively or integrate logistics and payments.
This absence posed operational and trust issues: consumers were left uncertain about product quality, and the brand lacked essential infrastructure—such as order tracking, shipping fulfillment, and payment processing—required for a smooth buyer experience.
We designed a fully branded e-commerce website leveraging studio-quality product and lifestyle photography. Drawing from TikTok content and packaging design, we created a unified visual aesthetic. We integrated a complete sales ecosystem: display and variant selection, cart functionality, multi-channel payment via BillPlz, third-party Easy Parcel shipping setup, WhatsApp-powered order notifications (including alerts for abandoned carts and confirmed orders), and in-site shipment tracking.
Now, Kirana Oral Care presents a polished, holistic digital experience—telling their brand story richly and enabling seamless online purchasing. From launch to logistics, the site supports both marketing and operations, establishing a strong foundation for growth.
